You’re excited to execute a creative idea, but digging your heels in won’t get anyone on your side if you are hoping for some help. Give other people an opportunity to pitch their own concepts. When they’ve had a fair hearing, they’ll feel respected. Even if you don’t wind up incorporating their input, you’ll make them more inclined to support your original plan. A little goodwill goes a long way!
